College: What to Expect

If you are planning to attend college or you are already there, you are discovering (or will soon discover) that there are BIG differences between college and high school. This guide provides information about the changes you will face during the transition from high school to college. You will find general information about college and how college differs from high school, but the focus of this guide is on college libraries as an academic support service and college level research expectations.

In  the video below, Jason and Emily share some experiences from their first year of college with high school students who are visiting the campus with their guidance counselor.

  • Student Life

  • Writing Center
