- Organization, Clarity & Flow - Ideas are arranged logically. Introduction/thesis, body, and conclusion are clearly stated. Argument, issues, or ideas are broken into relevant parts and integrated into a coherent whole. The connections between the parts are clear and insightful.
- Depth of discussion
- Length of paper or # of words used
- # of credible resources used
- Works cited / Bibliography is included & complete
- Format/style is accurate
- Grammar, punctuation, and spelling is correct
