Evidence-based clinical resource includes a collection of medical and patient information, access to Lexi-comp drug monographs and drug-to-drug interactions, and a number of medical calculators. To access UpToDate, you need to register ON CAMPUS for an UpToDate account. To create an account, go to the UpToDate home screen then click on Register Now. Choose your own username and password to register. You need to renew your UpToDate account ON CAMPUS every 90 days by signing in with your UpToDate username and password. (Full text)
