Google Search Tips

Limit your search to exclude specific keywords

When a search comes up with too many results that are on the wrong track, you can limit your search by including a minus sign [-] with no space in front of a word that you you don't want to appear in your Google search results. This technique works well for words that may have multiple meanings. (e.g., dolphins -football will find mostly information on the sea mammal and not the Miamii football team).
