1. From the library's home page at Reynolds Libraries move your mouse over Research near the top of the screen. When the Research menu appears, click on Databases.

2. When the Database menu appears, click on the letter of the alphabet the database name begins with or browse databases by subject.

3. Right-click on the database link you are interested in adding to your Canvas course. When a browser menu appears:
- Google Chrome browser: Left-click on Copy link address
- Firefox browser: Left-click on Copy Link
- Microsoft Edge browser: Left-click on Copy link

4. Paste the URL into your Canvas course. These database links are configured so that you and students can access these databases from off-campus.
Important Note: DO NOT copy & paste any database URLs from your browser address bar when you are already in a library database. These database URLs are temporary URLs and are not configured for you and students to access the databases from off-campus.
