Database comprises statistics collected by the International Transport Forum on the transport of freight (maritime, air and surface) and passengers (car, rail and air). Also included are data on road safety (accidents, injuries and deaths) as well as details of infrastructure maintenance and investment relating to the different forms of transport. In several sectors data are available from 1970 onwards and cover the 59 member countries of the ITF.
