For Part 3 of the Holds Workflow we are going to be logged in as PRC Circ and receive the Hold item that was sent from DTC ("One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest") in Part 2.
When receiving items from in transit, use the "Scan In Items" tool found under "Fulfillment":
As soon as item is scanned in it will show "On Hold Shelf." Please note that as soon at it receives status of On Hold Shelf, the patron will automatically be emailed a Holds notice.
